Updated to latest app, been trying for 2 days to get in and transfer data

@Chudders1970  try deleting the app and reinstall it. If it’s still not working after this you need to call customer services and request that they reset your online account..  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
