Needed urgently to see my data usage but the 'app' is being updated.
Useless for me and I have no idea how near I am to using up my data allowance.
Poor service from EE all round

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.

Been trying for days to access my data usage. Same message saying app is being improved and updated but whichever way, it isn't working. I need this information as I've been shocked how much data I was supposedly using since joining EE.

You can check your balance and usage by texting BA to 150.

@Dave10 if you tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it’s still not working call customer services and request that they reset your online account. The app/your account isn’t down for maintenance.
