When the app is being updated how am I supposed to access broadband management to change schedules and switch on/off broadband to devices?

Can EE please inform via message or email in advance of this maintenance.

I'm sorry if app updates are causing you an inconvenience. It's certainly not our intention to cause disruption, and we try to schedule any maintenance for times when we see fewer people using our app.

why can’t I access the app, every time I try to get on it it states the app is having up dates?

 

and why is my WiFi lagging & keeps popping up ok the tv that theirs a problem with WiFi. Never had this issue before only the last couple of weeks

What a surprise, app closed again just at the time I need to use it. Don’t you listen to customers needs? 

you must be useless developers, you wouldn’t catch Amazon or any of the big tech companies closing their app for maintenance every other week , it’s utterly ridiculous in this day and age, it’s about one step away from dial up internet 😂, having to close the whole thing for maintenance every week. Totally unacceptable. Add to that, since ee took over, my internet constantly drops out, again, totally unacceptable

Yay!  The apps having some last minute upgrades, what a load of tosh.  How long is it going to be offline?

 

And when are you going to stop making people manage the broadband hub via this stupid app?

So the app is offline again!

How long are we expecting to wait this time?

OMG I cannot believe they had closed the app again, it’s the second time this week. It’s always off at the time I need to set the controls for the young people I look after. totally agree, I preferred when the control app was a separate app, why did they think combining was a good idea!
