Is there a wider issue with accessing our app, ee website & texts to 150 this morning? 
All of them apparently under maintenance, even texting or checking the add on page is not giving data info.

Unable to use the app and the website account areas, alas I can’t even contact EE through 150 . What’s going on?!

Why is EE updating so often and so I can't transfer data? Its very frustrating as sometimes it's important! They never used to update so much

The data sharing function is great, but if the app keeps being taken down it is hopeless. How do we share data with our kids now!

A courtesy text announcing app closure would be nice! I can’t gift data!

Please close and re-open the My EE app, it appears to be back up and running now.

I need to gift data urgently as my son is in hospital but the app & online are not working & I have tried to call you but it keeps cutting me off saying your too busy. 
Appalling service! 

Thanks Alex. Would still be great to warn clients. I thought a text was standard practice. Again, thanks for the update.
