Is there a wider issue with accessing our app, ee website & texts to 150 this morning?
All of them apparently under maintenance, even texting or checking the add on page is not giving data info.

Same here, texting to 150 is not working either nor seeing the data allowance on the add-on page.

All I wanted to do was log in to the app to share data. App undergoing “maintenance” but pretty sure I had no advance notice if this. My daughter is now left without data. When will it be back up and running. Looking at the feed, I’m not the only one stuck in this position.

Hi @Harry438,
It does seem that the My EE app and website are undergoing some unscheduled maintenance. Give it a couple hours and try again.

Hi Everyone,
It looks like there are some problems with My EE at the moment as I cannot get on it either.
I'm sure the team are hard at work fixing it and you can expect it to be back up soon.
Try again in an hour or so.
