Unlocking Apple ipad 10th gen

I just upgraded 3 days ago my ipad with EE, I transferred data from old to new all ok. Reset old ipad and want to unlock. When I put imei number in it says its not an EE device ? Also ipad says the sim inserted is not supported. Why can't I unlock it ?????? I also upgraded 3 phones but they are all unlocked and fine ?

@Degan2010  That should be unlocked already.    Go to settings>General>Network Provider Lock.   It say no sim restrictions.  That means it’s unlock. 

What network sim are you trying to use ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I have reset the ipad so can't get into settings without setting it up. I am trying to put in my virgin mobile sim that was in my child's ipad and worked fine.Sent from my Galaxy

Please give us a call on 150 and the team can check the IMEI number and help you get the iPad unlocked.

Problem resolved, EE had to unlock it even thought the system showed it was unlocked. Common on ipads apparently.Thank you Sent from my Galaxy
