Hi EE are you scamming people. I order the Apple Watch ultra on 10th October get told delivery is 17th October. Now I’m being told 28 delivery due to apple not sending and I should take it up with apple and not EE.

This is how you guys will lose customers by not keeping to order dates as told by on so many occasions

@Profile closed , as has been already mentioned in other threads, orders are sent out on a first come first serve and will depend what Apple deliver, after all it is only a phone and your new contract will not start until you receive the product.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you check on Apple website you will also see there is a delay in delivery, EE cannot send products if they have not received them. We go through this every year, it also depends what EE receive from Apple, model, colour and storage size.

@Profile closed , why start another thread, when this could be all in one thread. I have replied to your other thread. Oh, and it is down to Apple what they ship to EE.

I want my Apple Watch ultra asap

I get told by a free people delivery 17th October and now it’s not even updated at all still showing as open order

EE is scamming people and taking money and not keeping to time scale delivery

plus customer services is rubbish and not helping

@Profile closed , If EE have not got the watch that you want, then they will not be able to deliver it asap.

You need to speak to customer service, this here is not customer service but a public forum.

I disagree with you, they are not rubbish , they cannot deliver what Apple have not sent out. You are free to cancel your order and get it elsewhere if you can get it asap.

EE will not take the money or charge you until you get your product, so not scamming, but running a business like everywhere else.
