Unable to view profile or link mobile/SIM product on website

I am logged in on the EE website.

Clicking [Profile] in the top navigation or clicking [Link EE Mobile or SIM] on the "Link your products" page both result in an infinity loop.

I have cleared the browser cache and restarted the browser with no joy.

The EE app doesn't work either as entering email and password to log in results in the Log in screen screen being displayed again.

Any ideas?

Is the account pay as you go or pay monthly? 

Have you had an EE account previously with numbers linked?

If you speak to our Mobile Care team they'll try to link your account for you.
