Trying to view invoices on desktop browser - have tried various browsers and clearing cache etc but keep getting this error;
Searching here seems to be a common issue?

Have you been able to view your invoices through your online account previously?
If you login through the EE app, do you see the same error?

Having the same issue - have been able to view bills without issue, until now

It's odd that this would stop working suddenly, have you made any changes to your account recently?
Also is it the browser version of your account affected, the EE app, or both?

I moved to EE in January 2025. I tried to review my bill at a few occasions, from my mobile and my laptop. I never succeeded. Always the same error message "Sorry, something's gone wrong" which I shared wih EE and got no reply to.
As my billing seems odd and superior to what I signed for, I tried to look at my contract (in Manage my Plan). Guess what... "This service isn't working right now".
I truly question the service. I can't wait to change my mind and look forward to the 18 months left of this subscription.
