Recently I was unable to access my account, so spoke to customer services who reset something. I can now log in but can’t view any add on information, any one else have this issue? Doesn’t work on website or EE app. Seems to be a few issues with EE recently. Calling 150 takes and chat on the website said response time is 3 hours!
