Unable to upgrade to device plan online

Trying to upgrade from a Sim only which is out of contract, My EE app and website both only provide more Simo offers and unable to select device plans.

Credit is good and address is up to date. I'm able to add an additional line but this isn't what I want. I have a F&F discount to add so can't upgrade over the phone or in-store as discount can only be added online as per t&C's.

I have tried all options on the website and it wont let me accept the offer that I ahve sent in the pictures.

 

The customer services team were useless and as previously mentioned to your colleague juistv refused to help or to acknowledge that this was an actual deal. Was more interested in telling me that it must be a glitch and not possible. Just need someone to set up this new deal and acknowledge that it can be done.

We don't have access to your account here on the community forums. I recommend trying to speak to the upgrades team again to try and find a solution.
