EE app and Website not working

Hi

Does it work for anyone else as they haven't been working for a few days now.

The app doesn't work for me, it just hangs after I put in my password, however the same credentials seem to work fine on the Web site via a browser. For the app I've tried clearing the cache and clearing the data. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app several times even restarting the phone after uninstalling but it still hangs after the password. I've run out of things to try and given up on the app now.

On the website does allow you to check what you have on your plans.

Yes, it allows me to check plans and subscriptions
