Hello, I have been trying to do an upgrade online and on the App. No luck with either.
Initially it says 'Sorry, couldn't fetch recommendations for you'
If I click on anything in pay monthly deals or Sim deals it says 'Sorry JOSEPH, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.' for anything I click on.
Is there a place I can get my account looked at?

@JoeLewis0 Yes you call customer services on 150 from your EE device.

If you contact technical support on 150, they'll be able to raise a ticket to resolve the issue with your online account.

upgrade anytime plan, my original phone was badly damaged and was told I can’t do the upgrade without paying a large fee.
now plan is under 100 days left and upgrade option saying no suitable plans available.
think it’s time to let the plan run out and find different network.

That's right if you are in the last 100 days there is no upgrade fee.
If you are not seeing any available upgrade options online please give us a call on 150.
