I have moved over from B T to E E but I cannot see our mobile bill on the app or if i login, I have spend hours on the phone trying to sort this out, got charged for a paper bill one month that did not arrive
All i want is to check my bill usage data why cant E E add it to my broadband account
Iv just tried to add device on the computer login comes up with a different account number from y broadband account
it can not be that hard can it ???
Any help please

What utter nonsense.. I am two YEARS further down the road and the billing information is still available. EE help says contact this group, this link or call this number.. it matters not!! EE have no intention of fixing this because then you would be able to see on your bill where they have overcharged you in the last month. I am slowly taking this through a legal process with Ombudsman and Lawyers.. watch this space EE.. if you are listening.. and .. if you even care!
