Hi there,
I've placed an order for Broadband about a week ago however I haven't received any confirmation email suggesting an order has been placed and I can't see it when logged in either.
On some pages I see the message "Your account's cancelled". I used to have a personal EE contract which I've since switched over to EE business, I wonder if as a result of this switch it has left my personal account in a bit of a funny state as I seem to get random errors and redirects, in some cases it even crashes the browser.
Online agents were unable to help and suggested to call, giving this a go before I do so. Thanks.

There is no account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about account specific issues.
