I have logged into my ee perks and it states that I need to revalidate my account.
It requests a work email which I as sainsburys colleagues we only have for internal online training purposes but we do not have access to a mailbox.
When I add my work email it says it is already registered and I cannot seem to move forward from the revalidation request.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Yes I did it requests work email and personal one to revalidate.
When I put the email addresses in it says previously registered.

Would you be able to use your work email address if I were to request your account to be reset, @SJM11?

Hi Chris,
Unfortunately we do not have access to a mailbox and only use the email address as a username to log into our servers for onlinentraining purposes.

OK, thank you. Do you have a photo ID card for work, @SJM11?

There is no photo id, only question discount card or payslips.

OK, thanks @SJM11
You need either a usable email address or a work photo ID to verify a personal email address.
I think the best thing for you to do is speak to your HR team to check with them how your colleagues usually request this, when they're in a similar situation.

My question is how did I manage to use EE perks previously under the same circumstances?
All the required details are there.
When I try to revalidate it says the work email already exists, this is because it has been registered 2 years prior when I signed up initially to the service. So the system error is actually an EE issue because it is not allowing me to revalidate. Ofcourse the email already exists on your system as it is an account that has been used previously that EE wants me to revalidate. However the system doesnt allow me to revalidate because the email address Im trying to revalidate is already live on the system!

I can only think of two explanations, @SJM11
Either you've managed to register with your work email address (or a personal address with work photo ID) and got a code to use, or you've tried to register previously, but couldn't get past the verification process, so the account has remained de-activated.
Either way, I can ask for your account to be reset, but it sounds from what you've said about not having the photo ID or access to use your work email address, you won't be able to verify the account.
