My EE app to log into my account I did change my Email address awhile ago
and now I cannot use the app.The only way I can log in is to use the web
page to log in it means I am not getting any messages about my information

@Jenny4762  What about what app ?  There are thousands of apps could you narrow it down. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
