Unable to register on my EE

I have just placed a new sim in my phone but keeping my old number but it will not send a passcode to my number to allow me to link devices - any ideas ?

I bought a new PAYG sim (15GGB data).  I also created a new EE account but I can't link the SIM to my account.  Could you help.  Thanks

I downloaded the EE app and tried to link the SIM to my account.  I also logged on ee.co.uk/start but I couldn't register the sim

Hi

I spoke to customer service and they resolved the issue.  They activetd the SIM for me.
