Online there’s an issue with accessing my account to manage my plan and the app doesn’t work. It’s been like this for sometime. It’s so unhelpful! I have the correct log in and can get into my account but when I try to view my bills or data or plan it says “we’re fixing a few things right now”. Same for the app, every time I try to check it there’s some kind of maintenance issue?
