When I try to login I get a page that says I have successfully logged out. I have tried to re-register but when I try to add a device I get the successfully logged out page.

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest you ring customer service and ask them to reset your account. Have you tried logging out and then logging back in, to see if that sorts it? You cannot register again, as you are already registered with your email address and mobile number, so if not successful by logging out and trying to log in again, then a call to customer service is the next step.

I'm also having the same problem, How does one log out when one cannot log in?
