When I attempt to login using the mobile phone app. I go through the process of entering my Email address, then my password, then the verification code it sends to my phone.
It then goes back to the screen with the login or create account options. No error message, nothing. It's just a slow, frustrating loop.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you haven't already, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that lets you get any further.
It is also worth trying to login through the EE website, just to see if your account is working as expected.
If you continue to see the same thing happen, give our tech guides a call, and they can look into this further for you.
