Unable to log in - error 2005

I keep getting this error when logging in, trying to retrieve an invoice, it's been going on for days now. Any ideas?

Why do we have to call, can you not get your IT to fix the website?

I've had this issue for months now, very annoying!  If you need to download a bill, register on https://mobilemanager.ee.co.uk/ and it serves up a limted interface to your account, but I have been able to download bill that way.

I am also getting the same issue with the website and the APP. EE? Any resolution? This is ridiculous to keep batting it bac to each individual. Something must be wrong your end?

If you are experiencing this error, you would need to report this to our mobile guides by calling 150. They can run detailed troubleshooting and open a support ticket to get this looked into in more detail if needed.

Um. Why is it my problem? It obviously does not work. Now you want me to speak to a call centre!
