Hi am unable to load my account on app or online it's been like this for about 2 months now

What error messages do you receive.
You may need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your account. Then you can register again.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
