Unable to share data on a shared plan. It has said that it will be fixed for over 2 weeks now. It's not my app as I've a different device and the website via laptop.
Any ideas when this will be fixed?

Do you get an error message when you try gifting data in your EE app and account online?
Have you reported the data gifting not working to our technical support guides?
