Hi, When I setup my daughters mobile account, I had my name on it, and Date of Birth and email. I have managed to now change the email address to hers, however I am unable to edit the name or date of birth to hers. I have checked on my own account, and these options are available, but not on hers. Any ideas how I can get these changed. Thanks

@lardenr1970 Your the account holder not your daughter. If you want a change of ownership you need to call customer support with both of your present and your daughter will need to pass a credit check.
