Unable to check my bill

I tried to check the date for my bill but I can’t get login how long with the re website and app be down for

Let's get this one checked out, could you please let me know a bit more about what's happening when you try to log into your account? 

Is it just the bill that you can't view, or are you unable to log in full stop?
