Unable to add any additional lines

Hello

 
I’ve recently encountered an issue with myEE account and the website, since I cancelled my home broadband and changed my address I can no longer add any additional lines I get this message below.
 
I’ve spoken with EE and they have said it’s probably just an issue with the app and website at the moment but it’s been like this for a few weeks now.
 
They just said when you want to add an additional line simply call us as there is no issues with your account everything is fine, but really for ease of use I should be able to do this online.
 
I raised a complaint regarding it which has since been closed and still getting the same issue, i don’t think they really knew how to sort it.

This is still ongoing EE trying to find a fix

This still appears to be a problem. Pretty useless. Expected better from EE.

How long have you had the EE contract? 

Have you called us on 150 to get this looked into?

I am also getting this error message, Can someone please advise how long till this message goes beofre I can do an add line via MYEE.

Have you changed your address recently, if so it can take up to 30days to become available, if its been over that or not an address change I'd give EE a call on 150 I know its a pain I found it extremely annoying

No change of address, Ok will try giving them a call to see what they can do.

No probs Joel, may be worth going through to tech support when you call not sure customer service can do much to be honest, good luck hope you get is sorted
