So I’m currently on O2 I’m trying to purchase a phone and get a contract with EE I started off on EE website (safari) filling out numerous details to then be sent to download the app to finish purchase, which I do,the app tells me I cannot purchase through the app I must do it it via website , 2nd time filling in my details which again directs me back to the app. Is there issues with app and website because something that should be so simple is an absolute nightmare. Anyone else had any issues like this? Its ridiculous. @EE

I had the same problem just now while signing up for it using safari, I switched onto google and the website ran perfectly fine and I managed to sign up, would recommend using google for now (the app Google).
