Yes I connected. I simply can't log into my account in the app and I can't access any information about my account.

I can't even log in through the application, and I can't see anything on the website.
I provide my email, password, then there is verification with a code that comes to me via text message, when I provide the PIN, a problem appears

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account. You can then register again and hopefully it should work.
