I am in Sweden and I am having exactly the same issue. My texts to 150 are not recieved because I need to increase my spend cap, I can't call to increase my spend cap because I can't make calls. I am currently stuck with no phone access at all. I have followed the suggested steps above too. Can you help fix this please?
