Troubles with saving my card on the app

I recently tried to save my card on the EE app and every time I write my card details and press save it directs me to another page and shows a page saying "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." Is there any other way I can save my card or get rid of this problem?

Is this card to be used to top-up on PAYG?

I'm going use this card to pay for a plan. It's my first time using a UK sim card so I am not sure what exactly is PAYG. I just want to save my card details and it won't let me.

PAYG =Pay As You Go or pre-paid. You only top-up before you can buy a plan.

Thank you. But the app or the EE number won't let me top up my account. I can not save my card details nor use them and I couldn't get connected to the customer service. Is there any way I can solve this problem?

So it is PAYG & you are trying to top-up. Is the card a UK bank card?

No, the card is not an UK card but it is visa

@Yagmur52 : You need to call CS to top-up with a non-UK card.
