My SIM card is in I see the bars and I added credits to my account. I am still unable to make or receive calls and on my account it’s telling me I have 0 data available and no calls or texts available. What do I do? I’ve tried adding my sim to an account but nothing has worked.

Is it a new SIM card? Do you have an active pack? Does your phone show an EE signal?

Yes it’s a new SIM card, I can see the EE signal I bought it as a pay monthly sim

If you've bought a pay monthly contract SIM why have you posted under PAYG? It's only confusing me.
