Hi there, wonder if anyone can shed some light? Trying to upgrade my sim only contract to a flex plan online, however, when going through the process it appears as if it's trying to set me uo with a new line? Pre contract summary won't even load so I can correctly check the order, aren't I supposed to be able to access my pre contract summary before agreeing to the contract? Every time I click into it I get the error - Oops! Something went wrong. How can I be sure that I am upgrading my number and not adding a new line which I do not want?
