Hi there
so I’m looking to maybe upgrade my phone. I was trying to look at my options online on my account however it will not allow me to do this as it thinks I’m not the account holder which is obviously not correct as I am the account holder?

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
