The useless EE app

It seems EE are much to worried about getting it new phone orders. An it's current customers the app not working yet again. Phone EE no response. 

Remember EE when the contracts end and not renewed. EE Say ' Why did they leave'.

Yet again this app is not working.

This is seems to be happening now more and more offen. Same old excuse ' we are updating the app to give you a better experience'

MycatOscarsaid I totally agree the app is a shambles! I’ve been trying all day to send data to my 15yr old! Clearly existing customers are low priority!!!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems using My EE.

The problem is the'EE' app does not work. It is apparently being updated
and improved.
When these so called improvements are complete, the app still doesn't work.
Why does it take over 2-3 hours to try to make a payment and in the end
give up.
Wasting my time, data, and possibly delay in payment of phone service. If l
am late in payment of bill the 'EE' app and message service works fully.
Why is that? To close 'EE' was a good phone service provider, but since it
joined up with another other provider it's service in many areas have gone
to pot! It's no good getting new customers if you can't deal with the
present ones.

The My EE app isn't currently down for maintenance.

What happens when you try to log in?

Hi there, unfortunately due to the recent iPhone launch, the EE website and App, along with call centres and retail staff are experiencing high demand and with this, the EE app did crash yesterday 

if the app still isn’t working today for you, I would suggest calling EE however, wait times are still high due to the back order of iPhone demand
