When can I download the new app?
If you have enabled auto updates on your app then, once this version has been rolled out to you, you will log in and see the new experience. If you have not enabled auto-updates, we will provide you with a few prompts to update the app

It’s at the top of the first screen you land on. Mobile plan. As easy as that. Before you had to open a side menu and search there.

It’s just people giving knee jerk reactions and being too lazy to look. I’ve read the reviews and the common complaints are all there for easy access right in front of your eyes as soon as you log in.

How is this new app an improvement
Before I could go to family usage and see all my accounts and there remaining data.
Now I have to select each account separately which is annoying

The new app is ridiculously slow/laggy, it's absolutely unacceptable, I mean just scrolling lags on the new app. And before anyone claims I have a slow phone or that I should factory reset, my phone is a brand-new iPhone 13 mini, which handles literally everything else with ease thanks to the A15, yet this crappy app manages to somehow lag despite this. I feel bad for anyone with an older/slower device trying to run this app to be honest.

Top of home page. Press mobile plan. Next page you can gift data. I don’t think it’s possible to get any easier. I sometimes think people don’t even try.

Well I'll be damned, that actually improved things surprisingly enough! There are still a few hiccups/stutters here and there regarding smoothness/performance, but it is much better than it was before reinstalling the app.
