When can I download the new app?
If you have enabled auto updates on your app then, once this version has been rolled out to you, you will log in and see the new experience. If you have not enabled auto-updates, we will provide you with a few prompts to update the app

Hi @James_B @James_B so open the app. It clearly shows my 2 accounts pay monthly and a mifi I am logged in at this point. Top right the person icon click that. Scroll down to my accounts. Click that ot will take you out the app and open the EE Web site and asks you to log in again

Honestly I don’t like it so much sorry. All I use the app for is data gifting between devices. It used to be right there on the Home Screen. Now I have to hunt for it.
feels like the app is aimed at selling me more stuff rather than being helpful to a customer already spending a fortune with you.

Can’t even gift data now with you can’t select which account to gift to its un selectable

Hi James sorry it's a 2 part post. As you see by the picture on my mifi device it says there is a problem but if I go to EE online it let's me see how much data is left on my mifi. So all the dots are no joined up between app and Web site

Could you try deleting and reinstalling the app, does this still show an error message?
