Agree with that Phase. I’ve lost Family Usage, which was the only thing I ever really used it for. And the website doesn’t work on an iPhone so you can’t do it there either.
I wonder if EE will listen and bring it back, or just ignore customer complaints?

Like you, I miss this feature. However, I’ve discovered that you can go to https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/exp/myee-web/account-summary#family-usage to see the same thing. I can’t find how to get to there using the menus but it works if oh access the link.
Not as easy as the app, but at least it’s still there while we wait for EE to put the app back to something useful

It’s simple. I’m sure people are just too lazy to even try. You click on mobile plan then choose a drop down with family member. Anyone who complains it takes too long is just a serial whinger.

With the amount of complaints over the new app 🤞EE revert back to the old app which was a lot more user friendly

Not on mine you don't. It's just disappeared. You can still gift sometimes, but there is no way to see who needs a gift. The website does it, but only uses numbers, there doesn't seem to be any way of allocating names to numbers. And I can't remember all seven numbers.

Hi Leanne I like the app in the main. But why does clicking on some bits take you out the app and off to the website where to proceed you have to log in again even though I was logged into the app.
Also if you have more than 1 account it would be nice if you could chose your default one. Ie my mifi account is always there when I log in but I would prefer if my pay monthly was the default account.
This aside the app is nice and fresh and has many good features and quite intuitive

Change for some is difficult not everyone is up there with tech change.. sorry but I find your posts quite repetitive at calling folk lazy and them being whingy not very helpful at all.
