The app has been down nearly 3 weeks no one answers the phone they just send you links, it’s becoming a bit of a joke now 😡

@MJA3 the app hasn’t been down for nearly 3 weeks at all, only today someone was saying it 2 weeks.
. You need to clear your device cache and maybe uninstall and reinstall the app. It’s your device that’s not allowing it to function.
