The EE App and Website is telling me it's "BLOCKED" no other info.

Does this happen as soon as you log into your EE account? 

How long has this message been showing for?

As a new EE customer from BT, I keep getting the  Blocked message when i try to access other pages, we thinking about upgrading to Sports TV package but when i try, it says BLOCKED

There are many threads on this topic going back several months so EE must know about this problem. so why isnthis happening ?

Is this issue happening permanently on certain pages? Is it happening across different devices and browsers when you are logged in?
