I too cannot find it anywhere on the new My EE website, and it isn't available in the app.
One of the EE staff members should reply at some point with a solution for you.

Has it not re-appeared, @XRaySpeX? Mine shows in the Plan & Subscriptions section.

@Christopher_G : I don't even see a Plan & Subscriptions section on any of my MyEEs. See my comments in Login issues . As far as I'm concerned MyEE is a write-off!
EDIT: However using your link above I can get to the places I can't reach by normal logging in & can see the Account Settings incl. the PUK. I just can't get to them of my own accord!

@Christopher_G : No, I never use a phone or the App. If can't be done from a PC it's not worth doing 😉!
