I always pay on the app and I can’t get into it so can you sort this out.I an trying to pay my bill and can’t.

Have you tried again since posting?
You can pay online using the fast payment tool - you just need the mobile number you want to pay for and a UK payment card.
Or, call 360 from your EE mobile to make a payment over the phone if one is outstanding.

Why did ee even make this app .its ridiculous. I can't even check how much data I have left .sort this out ee
