@SCV1   Can you logon to your online account?   If you can not login to that you need to call customer services and request an account reset.      
 
 Just to check is the app up to date ? Have you tried checking to see if there’s an app update? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I keep getting a message saying app is being improved- this is a week now- I need to do some data sharing and I can’t get on website eithe? I’m in an iPhone x
