Good morning, @Throopy.
Welcome to the Community, and I'm really sorry to hear about what you've been through whilst out in Brazil.
If you were looking to take a new phone from us directly via contract, then you would have an early upgrade fee to pay if you're still in contract.
You are welcome to use your EE SIM in any phone in the interim though, so you could use this in an old handset or purchase one separately if this option is easier.
Just be aware if you've still got time remaining on the contract of the stolen handset, you would still be liable to continue paying this.
Have you had a chance to get in touch with our team to report the handsets as stolen and place a suspension on the line?
