Spoke to support they said the services are still down and apologised but I haven't been able to access it for months now what is happening?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having using your app, and I can understand your concerns. I'd recommend reaching back out to our team about this, and they will be able to log a fault on your account, so this can be looked into in the background, and they can resolve this.

I complained twice and still can’t access my app to manage my account keeps saying my account is closed.
