Afternoon,
I'm having a similar issue with, with viewing my BB Bill and account.
I was one of the unlucky ones that was unwillingly switched to EE from BT, along with the promise of going from the 900mbps to the 1.6gig service.
anyhow ever since i was switched from BT to EE in October 2023 i have not bee able to do any of the following:
1) View my account online
2) View my account in the app
3) Pay the Bill online or on the app
I have spent countless hours on the phone with the tech team, who all assure me that this will be sorted with in 24 hrs. They have now advised that a vast amount of customers that were switched from BT to what there calling the NEW EE service are having trouble viewing there accounts as they are as of yet unable to link the services to the billing account, (i find this a bit strange as they have no trouble linking the accounts to take the payment lol)

This is completely unacceptable that I cant simply download a statement
It is a legal requirement that you send an itemised bill, it is utterly unbelievable that I've spent over an hour trying to get a statement from November. I know how much I paid, I need a legal invoice, not some rubbish interface which throws adverts at me and hides what I am paying for.

Hi @sdfgsfdgfsdgfsd, thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community.
You should absolutely be able to view any statements in full via the EE app, if you just select Manage > Billing > then select the bill you want, there should be a download option at the bottom of the screen.
If your app isn't displaying these details correctly, our customer care team will be able to check over how the account is set up at our end, and if needs be send out a physical copy in the interim.

I have followed all instructions and am logged in etc but all I can see is a list of the payments for the past 12 months but I can't get to see the full statement of each payment - I have no idea what I am being charged for and I'm sure I am being over charged, but I just can't check
