How can you email inbox is full?? As a disabled customer email my preferred method of contact, but the email cannot send you to your inbox

Thank you for coming to the community. 

Are you emailing a member of the team directly after opening a complaint?

We have no customer support email address to contact us, ways to contact the team can be found on the Contact Us page. 

If you have a pay monthly mobile account with us and have access to the EE app, please try logging in and selecting the Help section a message us option should show available and the team will see if they can help, if you have an account query.
