I need to share some data with my daughter and yet again I can’t access the app because you’re ‘working on it’. It’s an absolute joke, the amount you charge for services that then don’t even work is ridiculous.

I'm having the same problem and it was the same 2 weeks ago.
I'm trying to ring to get through and I got cut off. Think it's a wide network issue 🤔

Hi @emzi2784,
You're not the only person with problems at the moment - unfortunately it looks like the My EE app and website are down for everyone. I'm sure the team are working hard to fix it and I'd advise trying again in an hour or so.

Im the same, tells you to go to EE desksite but thats down too, pay fortune for these services and dont work. Lets hope reimburse for loss of service
