@F73   Account for what ?     Your email address here is the same as your email address for your EE account.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

We don't have account access here,  but if you could give us a general overview of what has happened, then we can direct you to the best place to help, as @XRaySpeX has advised.
