Does anyone know why the ee app is so slow takes forever to log in and it's nothing to do with signal as it's the same when on WiFi. Thanks

I just installed the ee app on my partner's Apple 8s and operating the app was a breeze!! My conclusion is that ee app for android must have something wrong with it....hope this help the app troubleshooters!!

Same with me. The MYEE app is so slow, it's almost unusable.

Same here, since the big update to EE App a few months back the App is so slow it takes forever, particularly when waiting for Gift Data aspect yo load. I to have latest version installed,  cache cleared, no problem with any other Apps on phone. Tedious. EE must be aware when they do these major updates, prior to releasing on its customers.

Have you tried deleting the app from the device, then redownloading from the play/app store to see if this helps?

Since your last message it has taken me this long to get your app up and
get the version number. This should tell you how dysfunctional this app is!

have any delays.
